We built Supportly because support shouldn't feel like detective work.
Supportly started in the middle of a ticket thread — the fifth message asking a customer to send another screenshot, on another browser, with the console open. We were tired of guessing what users actually saw. So we built the tool we wished we had.
The frustration we kept running into
Every support team knows this workflow. It works, until it doesn't — and then it eats your whole day.
The endless back-and-forth
"Can you try again?" "What page were you on?" "Did you refresh?" A simple bug turns into a dozen messages before anyone understands what actually happened.
Screenshot archaeology
Blurry crops, missing browser chrome, outdated tabs, the wrong account logged in. Screenshots help — but they're never quite enough to reproduce the issue on your end.
Debugging in the dark
You're piecing together stories from three tools — email, chat, and a spreadsheet — while the customer waits. Context gets lost. Handoffs break. The same issue gets solved twice.
Time that never comes back
Hours spent chasing details that should have been visible from the start. Your team wants to help people — not run an investigation for every ticket.
Built by people who've been on both sides
We ran SaaS products and answered support queues. We know what it's like when a customer says "it's broken" and you have nothing to go on — and what it's like to be that customer, repeating yourself to a new agent every time.
Supportly was born from a simple belief: the best support starts with shared context. When your team can see what the user saw — their path through your product, the page they were on, what they clicked — you stop asking and start solving.
We didn't set out to build another help desk. We wanted a support operating system: one place for tickets, team chat, in-app widgets, website insights, and the context that makes every conversation faster.
See the full picture
Website insights and session context replace guesswork — no more "send us a screenshot of the error."
Work together in one thread
Team chat and private threads keep engineers, support, and success aligned without switching apps.
Meet users where they are
Support buttons and widgets embed directly in your product — so help is one click away, not buried in an inbox.
What we stand for
These aren't marketing lines. They're the rules we used when we designed every feature.
Clarity over assumptions
If you can see what happened, you don't have to ask. Context should be automatic, not requested.
Speed with empathy
Faster resolution isn't about rushing customers — it's about removing the friction that slows everyone down.
Trust through transparency
Public roadmaps, clear communication, and honest support build the kind of loyalty no discount can buy.
"The moment we stopped asking for screenshots and started seeing user sessions, our median resolution time dropped — and our team actually enjoyed support again."
