Supprtly Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026  |  Last Updated: July 1, 2026

Legal Entity Notice

Supprtly is a product owned and operated by P Enterprise LLC, a limited liability company. All references to "Supprtly," "we," "us," or "our" throughout this Acceptable Use Policy refer to P Enterprise LLC. By using the Supprtly platform, you are agreeing to this policy as a binding obligation with P Enterprise LLC.

This Supprtly Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of the Supprtly platform, including the support ticketing system, native screen recording and screenshot SDK, analytics dashboard, and any associated tools and services (collectively, the "Subscription Service"), whether accessed directly or through an embedded widget deployed on an Operator's platform.

This AUP is designed to protect the integrity and security of the Supprtly platform, to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and to protect the interests of all Operators, their End Users, and Supprtly. These terms are fundamental to your use of the Subscription Service. By accessing or using the Subscription Service, you agree to be bound by this AUP.

Every Operator and authorized User agrees to abide by this AUP and is responsible for any violations, including violations by their End Users. You may not assist or engage others in any way that would violate this AUP. We will enforce compliance using methods we consider appropriate, including monitoring, suspension, and termination of access pursuant to our Terms of Service.

We periodically update this AUP. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. You agree to review this AUP regularly and remain in compliance at all times.

This AUP covers the following:

  1. Reporting Suspected Violations
  2. No Disruption
  3. Proper Use of the Subscription Service
  4. Screen Recording and Screenshot Restrictions
  5. Ticket and Data Integrity
  6. Supprtly Trademark Use
  7. Developer Terms
  8. General Terms

1. Reporting Suspected Violations

We encourage Operators, End Users, and third parties to report suspected violations of this AUP. To report a suspected violation, please contact us at:

abuse@supprtly.com

Please include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, any relevant account information, and supporting documentation. We will investigate all reports and respond in the manner we deem appropriate. If you are aware of or suspect a violation of this AUP, you agree to promptly notify us in writing.

2. No Disruption

You agree not to use the Subscription Service in any way that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the normal operation, security, or integrity of Supprtly's systems or any third party's systems. Specifically, you may not:

  • Use the Subscription Service in a way that impacts the normal operation, privacy, integrity, or security of another's account, system, network, or business operations;
  • Launch any automated system — including bots, spiders, scrapers, or offline readers — that sends more requests to Supprtly's servers than a human could reasonably produce in the same period using a conventional browser;
  • Use the Subscription Service in any manner that damages, disables, overburdens, or impairs Supprtly's infrastructure or interferes with any other Operator's or End User's use of the Subscription Service;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Subscription Service, including other Operators' accounts, data, or systems;
  • Access the Subscription Service using another User's login credentials, or share login credentials among multiple users;
  • Allow any Users to access the Subscription Service from a country subject to U.S. government embargo, or allow access to any individual listed on the U.S. Commerce Department's Denied Persons List, the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals, or any other applicable sanctions list;
  • Access the Subscription Service through any means other than Supprtly's authorized interface or API; or
  • Engage in hacking, spoofing, denial of service attacks, or transmission of any virus, worm, or malicious code through the Subscription Service.

These restrictions apply regardless of intent, whether the violation occurs intentionally or unintentionally.

3. Proper Use of the Subscription Service

The Subscription Service is intended solely for legitimate business support operations. You will use the Subscription Service for your internal business purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the Subscription Service, directly or indirectly, in a manner that:

  • Is threatening, abusive, harassing, stalking, or defamatory toward any person;
  • Is deceptive, false, misleading, or fraudulent;
  • Violates another person's privacy rights or other legal rights;
  • Contains vulgar, obscene, indecent, or unlawful material;
  • Infringes any third party's intellectual property rights;
  • Uploads or distributes files containing viruses, corrupted files, or any software designed to damage another person's systems;
  • Harvests or collects personal information about others without their consent;
  • Encourages, promotes, facilitates, or instructs others to engage in any illegal activity;
  • Promotes or facilitates hate speech, violence, or discrimination based on race, color, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law; or
  • Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

You will not: (i) tamper with the security of the Subscription Service or any other Operator's account; (ii) access data on the Subscription Service not intended for you; (iii) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Subscription Service without prior written authorization from Supprtly; (iv) lease, sublicense, sell, or otherwise commercially exploit the Subscription Service to third parties outside the scope of your subscription; or (v) use the Subscription Service for timesharing or service bureau purposes.

If you store sensitive personal information through the Subscription Service, you must comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Coming Soon: Sensitive Data Terms policy will be published at https://legal.supprtly.com/sensitive-data-terms

4. Screen Recording and Screenshot Restrictions

Supprtly's native SDK enables screen recording and screenshot capture as part of the support ticket workflow. This functionality carries significant legal and ethical obligations. The following rules apply to all Operators and their End Users:

4.1 Consent Requirement

Supprtly's platform includes a built-in consent mechanism that requires End Users to explicitly check a consent box and affirmatively agree before any screen recording or screenshot is initiated. You may not:

  • Disable, bypass, suppress, modify, or circumvent the built-in End User consent mechanism in any way;
  • Misrepresent to End Users the nature, scope, purpose, or destination of any screen recording or screenshot;
  • Configure the Subscription Service to capture recordings or screenshots without presenting the consent flow to the End User; or
  • Instruct or encourage End Users to consent to recording under false or misleading pretenses.

4.2 Authorized Use Only

Screen recording and screenshot features may only be used for legitimate customer support purposes. You may not use these features to:

  • Record, capture, or monitor a competitor's platform, products, or proprietary information without that competitor's express written authorization;
  • Record employees, contractors, or internal users in any context that violates applicable employment, labor, or privacy laws;
  • Capture sensitive financial, medical, or personal data beyond what is necessary to diagnose and resolve a legitimate support issue; or
  • Build surveillance, monitoring, or intelligence-gathering capabilities outside of the intended support ticket workflow.

4.3 Compliance with Recording Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your deployment of the recording features complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including but not limited to the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) and applicable state wiretapping and two-party consent laws. Supprtly's built-in consent mechanism does not substitute for any independent legal obligations you may have in your jurisdiction or your End Users' jurisdiction.

5. Ticket and Data Integrity

The integrity of support tickets and associated data is fundamental to the Supprtly platform. You may not:

  • Submit false, fabricated, or fraudulent support tickets or recordings for any purpose, including testing in a live production environment without Supprtly's authorization;
  • Manipulate, alter, or tamper with ticket metadata, recording data, timestamps, or any other data associated with a support ticket;
  • Upload recordings, screenshots, or attachments that do not relate to a genuine support issue or that are designed to mislead Supprtly or any support agent;
  • Abuse ticket volume, storage allocations, or API call limits beyond the limits specified in your subscription plan;
  • Use the ticketing system to transmit spam, commercial solicitations, or any content unrelated to legitimate support requests; or
  • Exploit the platform's "Login as User" or agent impersonation features — if and when made available — for any purpose other than authorized support assistance with the End User's knowledge and consent.

Supprtly reserves the right to remove any ticket, recording, or data that we determine in good faith violates this AUP, without prior notice and without liability to you.

6. Supprtly Trademark Use

Unless you have our express prior written permission, you may not use any name, logo, tagline, or other mark belonging to Supprtly or associated with the Subscription Service, including without limitation:

  • As a hypertext link to any website or other location, except as expressly enabled by us;
  • To imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or employment or agency relationship with Supprtly; or
  • In any manner that could cause confusion as to the source, sponsorship, or affiliation of any product or service.

You also agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any Supprtly trademark, logo, copyright notice, or other proprietary marking appearing within or on the Subscription Service.

7. Developer Terms

If you access the Subscription Service through Supprtly's API, SDK, or any other developer tools, you must comply with Supprtly's Developer Terms.

Coming Soon: Developer Terms policy will be published at https://legal.supprtly.com/developer-terms

Until the Developer Terms are published, your use of any Supprtly API or SDK is subject to this AUP and the Terms of Service in their entirety. Any use of Supprtly's API or SDK that violates this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your API access.

8. General Terms

8.1 Suspension and Termination

We may immediately suspend your access to the Subscription Service, without prior notice, if you breach this AUP or fail to respond within a reasonable period after we have contacted you about a potential violation. Suspension or termination under this AUP is in addition to any other rights and remedies available to Supprtly under the Terms of Service or applicable law.

Repeated or willful violations of this AUP, particularly violations involving the consent mechanism, unauthorized recording, or data integrity, may result in permanent termination of your account without refund.

8.2 Content Removal

Supprtly reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, or disable access to any content, ticket, recording, or data that we determine in good faith violates this AUP. We may take these actions without prior notice and without liability to you.

8.3 Updates to this AUP

We may update or change any part of this AUP at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and notify active Operators via email or in-app notification. The updated AUP will be posted at:

https://legal.supprtly.com/acceptable-use

Your continued use of the Subscription Service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP. We encourage you to review this AUP periodically.

8.4 Reporting and Contact
